Shipping
All items will be shipped U.S. Mail. Items shipped within the United States will arrive approximately 3-5 days after purchase is approved. International orders will arrive approximately 7-10 days after purchse is approved.
For Pickup
If you choose the Pickup Item option, you will be able to pick up your item AFTER your purchase has been processed in our Welcome Center. You will be able to pick up your item at the Welcome Center on Saturday evenings or Sunday mornings before and after the weekend services.
Exchanges / Returns Policy
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt exchange within 30 days of the purchase.
Merchandise must be in original condition, with all original packaging, components, instructions, and warranty material. All CDs and DVDs must be in sealed unopened packages. Once opened, we can only exchange these items for the same product.
To Return an Item to Us
Pack your merchandise securely. Include your packing slip with a note telling us the reason for the return. If the item was a gift, please include your phone number and your e-mail address. Send the package via a traceable shipping method to:

We will issue an on-line gift certificate, depending on the original payment method. Gift returns will be issued an on-line gift certificate.
Shipping Charges on Exchanges / Returns
Exchanges
If you are exchanging merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Shipment of a replacement item of equal or lesser value is free of charge; however, if you would like to purchase additional items, you are responsible for the cost of additional items and shipping charges.
Incorrect Orders
If we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise, we apologize. You will be reimbursed for the cost of returning the package to us, and you will not be charged for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise. |
